The cottage

Queens Cottage is built of stone and is over 300 years old. It is furnished with pine throughout. It is suitable for 4 to 5 persons.

Upstairs are three bedrooms - one large room with standard double bed, one with a 4 foot double bed (restricted access on one side) and one with a single bed. There is a bathroom with bath and separate electric shower.

Downstairs is beamed and has an open plan layout. The sitting area has a 2 seater la-z-boy recliner sofa, 2 la-z-boy recliner arm chairs, a solid fuel stove plus 32 inch widescreen TV with DVD player. There is also a CD player, together with a selection of CD's, DVD's, books and games. The dining area has a solid pine table with six chairs and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen has electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwaher, citrus juicer and washer-dryer.

The cottage is warm - in addition to the stove there is full oil fired central heating to radiators. The boiler also provides instant hot water.

Wireless Internet Access, electric cooker, microwave, fridge - freezer, kettle, toaster. Dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, iron/ironing board. Widescreen TV with DVD player. CD player with ipod connection. Bed linen and towels included. Oil fired central heating throughout and all oil, fuel for fire and electricity included in the rent. Non smokers only. Parking in nearby car park - permit provided. Dropping off available outside cottage. 1 small pet welcome.
